Aware Super engaged us through their PR agency to produce a thought leadership video podcast series. The brief was to position Aware Super’s leadership team as trusted voices in the superannuation space — creating content that felt authoritative and credible while remaining accessible to a broad audience of members and stakeholders. In a heavily regulated industry, the tone had to be human without being casual.
Our Approach
We worked closely with the agency team through an extensive creative development process — from set design and prop sourcing to script review and production planning. We brought our full multi-camera setup to Aware Super’s offices for each recording session. The key challenge with financial services content is making it feel human rather than institutional, so Josh focused on drawing out personal perspectives and genuine opinions rather than scripted corporate messaging.
The Result
