Terms of Use
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Full Stack Films website (fullstackfilms.com.au and fullstackfilms.com) and to general dealings with us. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
About us
The website is run by Full Stack Films (The Trustee for Josh Janssen Productions Trust, ABN 12 548 398 936), also trading as Vertical Video (“Full Stack Films”, “we”, “us”). Our address is Suite 430, 102 Ormond Rd, Elwood VIC 3184, Australia, and you can reach us at hello@fullstackfilms.com.
Using the site
You can browse the site, watch our work and contact us for personal or business purposes. Please don’t:
copy, download, re-upload or reuse our videos, images, text or branding without our written permission
use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful
try to break, overload, scrape or get unauthorised access to the site or our systems
submit false information or content that is offensive, defamatory or infringes someone else’s rights
Our content and intellectual property
Unless we say otherwise, the videos, photos, text, logos and other material on the site are owned by Full Stack Films or our clients and partners, and are protected by copyright and trade mark laws. Client work is shown with permission and remains subject to the client’s rights. You may share links to our pages and to our publicly available videos (for example on YouTube), but you may not edit or present them as your own.
Production services
Quotes, proposals and the scope of any production work are set out in a separate written quote, proposal or agreement. If those documents conflict with these terms, the quote, proposal or agreement wins. Nothing on the site is a binding offer until we confirm it in writing.
Participants and contributors
If you appear in, are interviewed for or contribute to one of our productions, the terms of your participation are set out in your release or contributor agreement. These website terms don’t change that agreement.
Files, review links and tools
We may give clients, crew and participants access to file sharing, review and production tools, including our own apps and third-party platforms. Please keep any links and logins we give you private, use them only for the project they relate to, and don’t download or share material unless we have said you can. We may remove access at the end of a project.
Messages and communications
If you sign up for email updates or text messages, our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms also apply. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and reply STOP to stop texts.
Third-party links and platforms
The site may link to or embed content from other sites, such as YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram and booking or payment providers. We are not responsible for those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we don’t promise it will always be complete, current or available without interruption. Information on the site is general and isn’t professional advice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can’t be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, and our total liability for anything related to the site is limited to resupplying the relevant service or A$100, whichever is lower.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. You can read it at fullstackfilms.com.au/privacy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
