Our Approach

Each case study followed our documentary approach to customer stories — genuine conversations rather than scripted testimonials. Josh directed on-camera interviews that let Annexa’s clients tell their own stories naturally, while Daniel captured the workplace environments and team dynamics that provided visual context. The editing process involved multiple rounds of collaborative feedback, ensuring both Annexa and their featured clients were completely happy with how their stories were told.
