In Guns We Trust
Josh's feature directing debut
In Guns We Trust is Josh's feature directing debut, and it's out now. Two Australian mates, Josh and Tommy Jackett, from a country with almost no guns, travel across America to ask the people who live with them what they really think, and then actually listen.
From a Route 91 survivor to the most armed man in America, a Texas sheriff to the former FBI agent who built the Bureau's active shooter program, the film meets every side of the loudest debate in the country. It doesn't take one itself. It's warm, it's funny, and at times it's hard to watch.
And it's free. No paywall, no subscription: the full film is on YouTube, worldwide, from 23 October 2026. Press play above, or watch it on YouTube.
Directed by Josh Janssen. Rethink Films presents, in association with Full Stack Films.
