Zeller Inglewood
Short Documentary
Short Documentary
Following the success of the Rathdowne Village film, Zeller commissioned a second short documentary — this time in Inglewood, a regional Victorian town with deep community roots. The brief remained the same: create authentic documentary content that puts real people and real stories ahead of brand messaging. Zeller’s team developed the story framework, and we brought it to life over three days of filming on location.
Our Approach
We travelled to Inglewood and immersed ourselves in the community, meeting the locals who make the town what it is. Josh directed interviews with business owners, residents, and community figures, using our conversational approach to capture stories that felt genuine and unscripted. Daniel shot the town’s streetscapes, heritage buildings, and daily life with a cinematic eye that elevated everyday moments into compelling visual storytelling. The three-day shoot gave us the time to find the real stories rather than rushing through a predetermined shot list.
The Result
A short documentary that stands as a genuine portrait of an Australian country town, with Zeller’s brand presence felt through association rather than promotion. The film reinforced Zeller’s commitment to supporting local communities and provided content that works across brand channels, social media, and community partnerships. Together with the Rathdowne Village piece, it established a documentary content strategy for Zeller that builds brand affinity through storytelling.
